However, you might be able to do it yourself but it comes with an obvious catch - Airtel won't provide any technical help on devices purchased externally. I doubt airtel will configure it for you. You need to use the router specified by Airtel. The Airtel router contains a host of ports at the back. NO LTE cable, NO dish is required! The router is SIM based and works only when you pop-in the SIM card.Ģ. The down side s router acts funny and dissconects it has mind of its own hav to restore it repeatedly to get bak to its sense.i got bored callin customer care and havin device replaced 3 times i hav given up hope today applied for act broadband and decided to use airtel 4g lte on the lowest tariff just so i payed 5k for the router n it doesnt go in the drain:-( Reply Delete I used 4g lte for 6 months in blore amazing technology its flawed by bad zte routers why doest airtel realizie it i hope they could stick and stay withh hauwei routers but its unfortunate the stuck with zte.its 3 times more expensive then brodband and i hav router replaced thrice the one exactly in pic above still technology is premature but as per 6 months bak airtel seem to b strivin hard to make connection better.and they better n get right or else ppl like me investin 3k a month 4 net usage will switch to reliance 4g which will b comming in some months timeĪnd fyi the speed i get is 25mbps yes TWENTY FIVE MEGA BITS PER SECOND !!!
